2.01 Designate This

Max resists powerful attempts at re-programming and breeding, and plans her escape from the genetics lab. She is aided in her breakout by the gentle but beast-like Joshua, an early Manticore creation from human and animal DNA, who was kept secret from the organization's rank and file. Max's escape triggers Operation Pale Face, in which Manticore self destructs, to cover all traces of it's existence. Meanwhile, Logan's obsession with bringing down Manticore has catapulted him to the top of their most wanted list.

2.02 Bag 'Em

Max must stop an NSA agent hell-bent on erasing Renfro's mistakes by systematically killing all the X-series.

2.03 Proof of Purchase

Max tracks Joshua back to Sandman's former residence. Lydecker discovers a secret archeological dig of a Kiloma Indian burial site that is somehow connected to Manticore. Alec tells Max about his profitable status as the champion of an underground fight club. But Alec's celebrity status threatens the safety of all the Manticore escapees when White, a goverment-affiliated operative, captures and nearly kills him before he is rescued by Max.

2.04 Radar Love

Max, Logan and Asha try to find the origin of a deadly virus, but after Ahsa's arrest, Max decides that Logan may be better off without her and decies to hook up with former fling Rafer. Manticore creates a pathogen that can target and kill a specific race of people, with the ultimate aim of killing all transgenics.

2.05 Boo

On Halloween night, Max must deal with a stubborn nomilie whose head has seperated from his body... which ran away. Meanwhile, the Manticore creatures in Seattle fearlessly prowl the streets.

2.06 Two

A creature described as a man-dog is attacking and killing cops. Max discovers that one of Joshua's brothers is behind the attacks. Alec gets hired at Jam Pony, and runs into trouble when his black market business selling synthetic hormone riles local thugs.

2.07 Some Assembly Required

Max discovers that Zack is not only alive and living with a group of Steelheads, but is apparently benefiting from some cybernetic enhancements to his genetic engineering. The only problem: he has no memory of Max.

2.08 Gill Girl

When Alec learns that an underwater transgenic has been exposed, he and Max must race to keep her out of White's clutches and return her to the ocean where she belongs.

2.09 Medium is the Message

Eyes Only agrees to try and help a woman find her kidnapped son, but Logan and Max are stunned to learn that the woman is Ames White's wife. Trouble arises when Alec takes advantage of Joshua's apparent talent as an artist.

2.10 Brainiac

A transgenic called Brain makes a huge sacrifice to protect Max after he's called upon to discover who turned in Asha.

2.11 The Berrisford Agenda

Alec stumbles across a troubling reminder of his past as a Manticore agent and is haunted by the memories of a girl he fell in love with... and killed.

!.12 Borrowed Time

Max discovers a 12-hour cure for the virus separating her and Logan, but Manticore interferes with their window of opportunity when Joshua informs them of a murderous creature on the loose.

2.13 Harbor Lights

A stray bullet lands Max in the hospital, where doctors place her in quarantine after medical tests hint at her extraordinary biology. This tips White to her wherabouts.

2.14 Love In Vein

Max tracks down a gang of troublemaking transgenics, only to discover that their fake barcodes are a tribute to a transgenic master with a messiah-like hold on his human disciples. Alec covertly assigns Joshua to make deliveries for him.

2.15 Fuhgeddaboudit

Max and the gang are taken for a ride when a hypnotically persuasive transgenic uses an Eyes Only case for her own self-serving agenda.

2.16 Exposure

Max and Logan track Ray (White's son) to a seemingly idyllic town, where they uncover information about the Familiars, Ames White's alternative cult to Manticore's genetic beings.

2.17 Hello, Goodbye

When her touch activates the deadly virus in Logan, Max decides she must push him out of her life for his own good. Alec is arrested for murder. White discovers the trangenics are immune to his cult's snake blood and arranges to have the Manticore experiment exposed.

2.18 Dawg Day Afternoon

With Aimes White's help, the news is full of reports of trangenics. Max, Logan and Alec join forces to rescue Joshua from a fearful public

2.19 She Ain't Heavy

As their secret identities are increasingly revealed, Ma, Joshua and Logan leave town for Terminal City. White captures a transgenic he thinks is Max, but is actually her clone. Max becomes the prey of her clone, and struggles to stay one step ahead of the threat while dealing with her disintegrating relationship with Logan.

2.20 Love Among the Runes

An escapee from an insane asylum infiltrates the transgenic society in Terminal City. White's operatives discover a way to identify transgenics in a crowd.

2.21 Freak Nation (2 hour episode)

A hostage crisis at Jam Pony forces Max to reveal her true identity and to defend her own kind from being destroyed. The transgenics in Jam Pony are foced to face not only the police, but also a special team brought in by White whos intent is kill Max and the others.
